Rooms

All rooms have access to an area which contains a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses, plates. Also included with your stay:

• Robes & Slippers
• Every other day room service (daily by request)
• Homemade breakfast served in the dining room

Please ask for a iron and ironing board if you need one.

There is a “loading and unloading” space under the porte cochere in the back of the house for guests during check in.

After checking in and unloading, please park your car in the parking lot across the alley way.

Rates

All rates are based upon double occupancy. There is a $15 fee for each additional guest (must be over 10 years of age), available in most rooms.

All rates include a full gourmet breakfast. Snacks, ice, and coffee are available throughout the day in the dining room.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate your schedule. An early check in fee will be charged for early arrival during our busy season May – October. $25.00 for the first two hours, and $10.00 for each hour prior to that.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. should you be delayed in checking out, please ask your innkeeper if your checkout time may be extended. You may always leave your bags in the lower level closet and spend the day in Baraboo or Wisconsin Dells, come back to freshen up, and load your car upon departure.

Minimum Stay

We may have a two night minimum stay during holidays, special events, some Fridays and all Saturdays.

Guests

Use of the Ringling House Bed & Breakfast and Grounds is for registered guests only. If you have friends that want to come and take a look, we give regular tours for a fee. We can also set up a special tour time for you and your guest if you let us know at least one day in advance.

Cancellations

Single room cancellation policy (up to 3 rooms) is 7 day written cancellation policy (email is fine). Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $25.00 service fee) if at least 7 days notice is given. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice the canceling guest will be responsible for the deposit unless the room can be re-rented.

Group room cancellation policy (3 or more rooms) is 30 day written (email is fine) notice. Half of cost for stay is taken for deposit, and the remainder 30 days prior to your stay. Any cancellation within 30 days of stay is non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts, inclement weather, government shutdowns, riots or times of war. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits

For all reservations made with greater than 7 days advance notice, we require a deposit of the full amount of the first nights stay at the time of reservation with the balance due upon arrival. For all reservations made with 7 days or less advance notice, the total charge is due at time of reservation.

Credit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted for full payment but must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival.

Taxes

All rates are subject to an additional 6% Wisconsin Lodging tax and a 5.5% Wisconsin Sales tax, and a $2.00 per room, per night WBBA Fee.

Lost or Stolen Property

The Ringling House Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your room and/or your car due to theft, fire, or any other unforeseen event/circumstances. You are provided a room key and we recommend you utilize the door lock(s) when you are not in your room. We recommend you lock all valuables in your car/trunk. If your property is lost, stolen, or damaged, an investigation may be conducted by ua and/or our insurance provider. We will abide by all insurance regulations and investigations protected under all applicable insurance fraud policies and laws. If your property is misplaced while you are here and it is found after your departure, we will be more than happy to forward it to you. You may be responsible for any postage/shipping charges that may incur during the return of your property.

Damages or Loss of Property

We reserve the right to charge your on-file credit card for any damages or loss of property (to include missing towels, robes, antique furniture and/or appliances) that may occur due to your actions or lack of action during your stay.

Breakfast and Social Hour

Full gourmet breakfast is included. Breakfast is usually served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. A to go bag can be arranged for those needing an early start.

Wine and cheese are served on Friday and Saturday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. On weekdays, snack and nonalcoholic beverages are available. We can accommodate any dietary requests or restrictions if they are noted at time of reservation.

Smoking & Candles

Smoking or candle use is not permitted inside the Ringling House B&B. Wicked candles are a fire & safety hazard to this irreplaceable historic home. Electronic candles are welcome as a substitute.

Smoking outside of the B&B is permitted on the front and back porches and grounds. Please be respectful of our non-smoking guests.

Young Adults Welcome, no young children

Adult-supervised children ten years and older are welcome and will be charged as an additional guest. Only one child is allowed per room, and if there are two or more children an additional room must be rented. Choose one of our adjoining rooms and make it a family suite.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Ringling House common areas or rooms, which includes emotional support animals. The one exception is service dogs, which must be with the owner at all times.
